For a long time Maryam has been fascinated with the body’s ability to heal. This led her to learn healing and wellness modalities such as reflexology, hypnosis, and reiki which she has been practicing for several years. When she learned about the ideology of Traditional Chinese Medicine, she knew she had to dive in head first and learn everything she could about it! She attended the American Institute of Alternative Medicine where she received her Masters of Acupuncture. The joy felt when helping people regain their quality of life back through acupuncture was enlightening. It quickly became clear that helping others through this medicine was her purpose. The passion she has for the medicine of Acupuncture ensures she keeps the goals and needs of her patients at the forefront of each and every treatment.
